List Folder:

TFW Members and TFW Attendance hand off lists in this folder, including a Start of Day list and an End of Day list.

TFW Members writes a list of current members with current attendance statistics at Start of Day. TFW Attendance uses that list while welcoming members during the day.

At End of Day, TFW Members reads back a list written by TFW Attendance during the day, and updates the visit statistics for each member on that list.

Photo Folder:

TFW Attendance looks for member photos in this folder. For a member with barcode ID 12345, for example, TFW Attendance looks in this folder for a photo with a matching name: 12345.jpg.

User Data Folder:

Corresponds to Data Folder in TFW Members.

Message to Staff Checkbox

Mark this checkbox if you have dual monitors on the computer where TFW Attendance runs, and want one message for your member, and another message for your staff at the time that member enters.

Show Day of Month Checkbox

Mark this checkbox to show a member her next one-month anniversary. For example, if you weigh and measure the member on that day each month, enter "Next Weigh" or "Day of Reckoning" or something in the textbox just below, and TFW will label the date that way when the member enters.

Serial Port:

You should not need to change this once you have your barcode scanner or PIN pad working. This tells TFW where the scanner or PIN pad are attached.
