Settings


You'll find these buttons under the Settings tab:

  • Menu  Settings
  • Location
  • Policy Settings
  • Direct Debit Settings
  • Credit Card Settings

We often supply settings to you in a file that you import into your software using Export Import Settings.

 

Menu Settings:

Mark the Attendance checkbox if you use TFW Members with TFW Attendance and a barcode scanner or PIN pad, or with an automatic door control. 

Mark the Fitness Measurements checkbox for extra features if you use TFW Members at a fitness club.

Mark the Import checkbox if you use TFW Members with ComputerEase or GoFigure software.

 

Location Settings:

Enter one or two initials for this location under Monogram. You'll use this to search and sort payments from different locations that share the same credit card (merchant account) service or EFT account.

Some of the other club information will appear on your credit card receipts.

 

Policy Settings

Set sales tax rate, renewal policy for members.  Make memberships and payment plans open-ended or expiring.

 

Direct Debit Settings:

Select your connection and format. The list includes the five major Canadian banks, NACHA for most American banks, AllianceInternet for an advanced XML Web Service, Vanco, CybrCollect (DepositExpress), and adaptable spreadsheet formats that should work for nearly anyone (comma, tab, column). 

 

Credit Card Settings:

TFW Members can approve your credit card payments directly or through PC Charge (which connects to nearly any credit card service).

Select Internet Direct for our advanced connection that bypasses PCCharge.
