Member Retention watches for members who are losing interest and may drop their membership. Catch that early for a better chance of renewing that interest and that membership. You have some quick Member Retention lists: Missing Lately: New Members Here are some advanced examples: Example (1) New Members Missing Call new members who have low attendance totals. Tab: Attendance Lists shows new members at the top, and new members with low attendance totals highest. Select from these with the Select checkbox, then Contact Selected Members. Shortcut: Contact Selected Members (Go) Call these new members during slow times that day, or email them, or send a postcard. Tab: Attendance Suppose today is March 1st. Member Central: Agreement shows contract terms and her membership history in time-stamped free-form notes written by the staff over months and years. Member Central: Attendance History shows just what time of day and week the member likes to come. Member Central: Measurements (Show) for the member weigh-and-measure history and charts of inches, weight, and body fat. Has the member been getting those measures? Making progress?
