Contact Selected Members


Many member lists have a Contact Selected Members option (shortcut at the bottom, with Go button).

Click the Select checkbox to select members, then click this option and Go for a contact list with:

  • phone number
  • email address
  • mailing address

You may print the list, save it as a spreadsheet, or write the list in Microsoft MailMerge format for printing labels or form letters.

Write any or all of the following contact information: 

  • email
  • phone
  • postal address

To EMail members, send your EMail lists to an email service such as iContact.

Send EMail reminders to your members? A newsletter? A survey? Great!

Do you know the EMail Acceptable Use Policy at your Internet Service Provider? Their UCE/UBE (Unsolicited Commercial EMail and Unsolicited Bulk EMail) Policy? Their Anti-Spam Policy?
