TFW processes payments by credit card and electronic check for Computerease and its Ease-E-Club users in the US and Canada.

That includes member dues ("drafts") and purchases.

Dues and Drafts 

On draft day:

• Computerease Ease-E-Club writes a combined list of credit card and check drafts currently due, including all needed credit card and checking account information.
• You start TFW Payments, open the the Import tab, and use the "Collect by Credit Card Import" button.  If you draft checking accounts too, use the "Collect by Direct Debit Import" as well.  Credit card and check drafts are done in separate steps.

To process drafts for Computerease Ease-E-Club, TFW Payments needs only the settings for your credit card service and check processing service.  TFW Payments does not need member credit card or checking information, or member drafting schedules and amounts.  Computerease Ease-E-Club sends all that each time.

Purchases 

TFW and Computerease work closely together for your convenience.  For example, a purchase in Computerease can bring up the TFW Credit Card Terminal for payment, pre-filled with the purchase information.

A user describes the process:

Purchases: We are using TFW virtual Credit Card Terminal from inside of Computerease. The way this works is:

You make a receipt for the items sold. Once the system calculates the total from within the receipt screen click on TFW terminal. The terminal comes up and if you have the card present swipe it with a wedge reader. If card not present enter the number. When you hit go the terminal via the internet gets the approval. You then complete the receipt and its automatically entered into the member receipt history.

Drafts work in a similar manner:

You approve the list of names to be drafted. Then click on Create File in Computerease. TFW appears. Click on import and then send. TFW gets each card approved. If a card is denied you get an immediate response.

It takes less then 5 minutes to run the drafts for both credit cards and checks using the TFW sending program....

Backup (Comprehensive)

TFW Data Vault will compress and encrypt all your Computerease data on an automatic schedule and send the backup offsite to a secure vault.
