Attendance Option

Turn on the Attendance tab in TFW Members:

Tab: Settings
Button: Menu Settings

Mark the checkbox for Attendance.

You'll see the new Attendance tab and buttons next time you start TFW Members. 

You collect member attendance statistics in any of these ways:

TFW Members keeps and displays those attendance records for

  • the member
  • the location

Location Attendance displays color charts of

  • attendance day by day, over a time period you select
  • attendance hour by hour, on any of those days

Member Attendance reports

  • member attendance history (dates and times, for insurance reporting)
  • member attendance statistics (lifetime visits, visits this year and this month, average visits per month, visits each of the last three months)
  • Contest Qualifiers (for example, who worked out at least three times a week for the last six weeks)
  • members who have been missing just lately (Member Retention)
  • new members who have been missing just lately (Member Retention)
  • Member Retention contacts (with mailing address, email, and phones)

TFW Attendance

  • collects attendance records through a barcode scanner, a pinpad, or manual entry
  • displays attendance statistics to the member scanning in
  • displays messages when member scans in:
    • message to member
    • message to staff about member
    • message to all

Barcoded keytags and ID cards can be expensive, and members can lose them. You might want to print your own.  If you need one on the fly, go here:
