Test your AllianceACH connection in advance. 

   Member Central: Draft By Checking
   ^A (hold the Alt key and press the A key)

You'll see:

1. "Have you connected to the Internet?"
2. "Working.  Do not interrupt."
3. "Successful connection, logon, and reply." 

In case of error, this locates where and why a connection is failing.  

For this test, you need not select any drafts to send.  This test sends a simple query to AllianceACH and retrieves the answer.  It tests your full round-trip connection and logon to AllianceACH, and, in case of error, tells you how to fix it.
