Some of our advanced users don't drive paper checks to the post office or the bank. Instead they use AllianceACH to:

deposit their paper checks instantly
send refunds
send transfer money to other clubs
pay bills (landlord, payroll...)

Now, leave it to your staff without leaving them your AllianceACH password. No log on needed.

Or log onto AllianceACH and use Create New ACH under Merchant Tools.

Use this to write a single check transaction, either a refund from you to a member (a credit), or a payment from a member to you (a draft or a purchase).

Enter a check at the computer, transmit it online, get immediate confirmation, save the details to your Payment History (including notes in your own words), and print two-copy receipts on any plain-paper printer.
